Chakra Chants is a simple, yet extremely powerful personal growth exercise. Through the vibration of sound, you can receive healing in your chakra centers. But chanting is not about being a perfect singer or performer. Chanting is about your heartfelt connection to the intention of the sacred sound.

Just start somewhere. You don’t have to be perfect or even sound pretty. In other words, It’s about giving yourself permission to just do it.

To receive great benefits from “Chakra Chants”, you can participate in a variety of different ways.

Firstly, read about the chakras and become familiar with the sacred Bija Mantra for each chakra center.

Secondly, relax, sit back and listen to the mantras as we move through each chakra center together.

Lastly, you can join in and chant the Bija Mantras with me.

If you choose to utilize these sacred sounds, with your clear intention(s), as a result, you will receive healing and balance within.

Chakra Chants

Understanding the Chakras

Chakras are very powerful energy centers of the body. And Nadis are points of light in the body. When 3 Nadis intersect, then you have an acupoint and where 15 acupoints intersect, as a result, you have a major chakra.

The most noted major chakras are the central seven. Similar to a radio station, each chakra tunes in or resonate with a particular frequency.  Of course, you don’t want to hear ALL radio stations on the same channel, right? But If you did, it would just be a jumbled mess of sound.

That is to say, the same goes for the Chakras. As your energy system is intelligent, each one of your major chakras works with life force energy resonating at its own particular frequency.

In Addition, each chakra assimilates energy from the outer world as it applies to the inner world, and the inner world as it applies to the outer world. Therefore, cultivating and clearing your chakras is extremely important when you understand their function.

In other words, balancing your chakras will give you the best integration and receptivity of your life force energy.

For many, this is a spiritual path and it opens their system to a higher vibration of consciousness.

Most Importantly

The Bija Mantras presented here attune, clear, and align your chakras. And Sanskrit is also known to be an EMPOWERED language, therefore, it means the words have a life force and intention behind them. Then, we can say each Chakra has a specific thousand of years old Bija Mantra connected to it.
